The OSHA 30 Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training course is a comprehensive safety program designed for anyone involved in the construction industry. Specifically devised for safety directors, foremen, and field supervisors; the program provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues. OSHA recommends Outreach Training Programs as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926. Construction workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on specific hazards of the job. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach DOL course completion card within 6-8 weeks. The 30 Hour Construction Outreach course is NOT equivalent to the OSHA 510 or 511 courses and will not meet the course prerequisites to take the OSHA 500 or 501 courses.

Upon successful completion of this course and the accompanying survey, you will receive a completion certificate and DOL card.

This completion card will normally take 6-8 weeks to process and ship.

What is OSHA 30 Hour Construction Industry Outreach?

The OSHA 30 Hour Construction Industry Outreach training program is meant for workers in the general industry and is designed to give them a comprehensive understanding of workplace safety. This includes common hazards that they can come across on a typical work site. Students are trained to recognize those hazards, avoid them and how to prevent them according to OSHA regulations.

The comprehensive safety program is perfect for anyone who works in the construction business. However, it is specifically meant for field supervisors, safety supervisors and foremen who want to update their knowledge on OSHA compliance issues.

OSHA Outreach training programs are meant to act as orientations to safety and health for all construction workers who are covered by OSHA. However, they also need to undergo more training as per regulations. This should include specific hazards of their job.

Once students complete the course, they will receive their completion cards which can be downloaded from the website.Their 30 hour OSHA card will be sent in 6 to 8 weeks.

Please keep in mind that this course is not equivalent to OSHA 511 and 510.
