FAQs

How do I know you're a GREC-approved course provider?

You can find us listed as 360training (dba AgentCampus) on GREC’s website.

Who is eligible to apply for a Georgia real estate license?

You need to be over 18 with a high school diploma or GED to be eligible for a Georgia real estate license. You'll also have to pass a background check. If you have criminal convictions on your record or sanctions from a licensing or regulatory agency, GREC will investigate and determine whether you qualify for a license.

What is the Georgia Real Estate Licensing Exam Like?

GREC relies on a third-party testing company, PSI, to administer the state license exam. There are a handful of testing centers throughout the state. The test is 4 hours long, with multiple choice questions covering national and state-specific topics.

You'll know your score before you leave the test center. If you pass, they'll provide a Certificate of Accuracy Statement. You need to keep this document, unsigned, until you're ready to turn in your license application.

What is the deadline for my Georgia real estate license application?

After 12 months, you have to retake the exam.

However, we recommend you submit your application in the first 90 days after your passing score. After that, you'll have to pay twice as much for your application fee.

If you don't have a sponsoring broker lined up before that deadline, you can apply for an inactive license. You'll beat the deadline and be able to activate the license later.

How do I apply for my Georgia real estate license?

PSI also processes Georgia real estate license applications. You have to submit your application in person at a testing center during certain application hours.

You'll need the following documents:

  • Your unsigned Certification of Accuracy Statement
  • An acceptable form of photo ID
  • A signed and notarized Lawful Presence Affidavit
  • The license fee (credit cards, money orders, or cashier's checks)
  • A certified criminal history report obtained in the last 60 days
  • a completed Sponsoring Broker Statement form, unless you're applying for an inactive license

You have to sign your Certificate of Accuracy in front of testing center staff.

If everything looks good, you'll get your license immediately. They'll provide a wall certificate for your brokerage, a wall certificate for framing, a pocket card for you, and one for your broker. Once your broker has their copy of your documents, you can start engaging in brokerage activity.

For more information about the testing and application process, look at PSI’s Georgia Candidate Handbook

When do my courses expire?

Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.

What if I need a refund for my training course?

If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:

  • Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
  • You have NOT:
